About the event

MBCT for Life is a structured largely experiental course based on simple meditation practices and effective exercises from Cognitive Therapy and Positive Psychology. The program consists on weekly (2 hrs 15 min) sessions with a small group of participants. 

The program will be held on THURSDAYS with and Orientation session on January 27. 

Session dates:

February 3, 10, 17, 24; March 3, 10, 17, 24;

Time: 09:00 AM to 11:15 AM (Eastern Time - New York)

During the Orientation you will have the oportunity to see if the program is right for you at this time. If not, we will reimbruse you after this orientation session.
